RIGHTS LEADER SEES END TO NON-VIOLENCE - HD Floyd McKissick, recently installed as head of the Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) indicates his opposition to gun control because it would limit the capacity of African Americans to defend themselves. McKissick says that blacks no longer support non-violence as a tactic in the struggle for civil rights.
