HOLD MY BEER D.U.I. Officer observes a white Oldsmobile Alero sitting in the middle of the road one morning. The officer approaches the vehicle and notices a man and woman fast asleep. The officer asks the man (driver) for his driver's license and insurance. The man tries to get his driver license and then asks the officer, "to hold his beer," while the he looks for his wallet. The officer then places the beer on the roof of the man's car, where it remains during the entire clip. The officer asks the man to come take a field sobriety test and a very long and unsuccessful field sobriety test ensues. After failing the last part of the test the officer cuffs the man. Then the man asks he can just try that last part of the test again. The very patient officer un-cuffs the man and allow him another go. After his second failure on the test and almost falling over he completely gives up and immediately heads for the back of the police vehicle without even being asked.
