SHIP ACCIDENT Accident caught on camera. A freight ship collides with a lowered bridge as it attempts to pass under. The canal bulk carrier "Windoc" is destroyed as a bridge is lowered onto the vessel. The ships wheel house is ripped from the vessel. A massive fire engulfs the ship. Crew members, caught on home video, race frantically to escape the burning ship. Onlookers survey damage to the burnt vessel in the daylight. A transportation authority reports at a press conference that the bridge officer was drunk and stoned at the time of the accident. Arrested bridge officer in custody, yells at the press.
