SHARK POKES HOLE IN SARDINE SCHOOL Off of the coast of South Africa, a bronze whaler shark swims through a dense school of sardines. The small fish dart out of the predator's reach leaving an empty space in the middle of the school. After the shark passes the sardines regroup and the hole closes in.
