The kitten attempts to jump to safety and falls into the water. An officer from the Humane Society attempts but fails to capture the cat in a net. The cat is lifted to safety by rescue workers who place a rope around its neck. The agitated kitten claws wildly as the resuers lift it to safety by its neck.
