COPS RECOVER STOLEN CAR & ARREST SUSPECTS
An Arizona police officer pulls a car over and asks the driver to get out. The officer, in a mixture of English and Spanish, administers the "pen test" to see if the driver is inebriated. Later, the same officer takes off to find suspects that ran away after being caught with a stolen red Dodge Durango. The officer chases one of the suspects into an apartment complex and holds him at gunpoint until backup arrives. After all the suspects are rounded up (including one case of mistaken identity) the police search the stolen car and find several hundred dollars worth of stolen clothes and some marijuana.
