A police chase after a traffic stop. The suspect tries at various points to run over and crash into police officers and their vehicles. As the chase winds down an officer uses his car to send the suspect's vehicle into a spin. The suspect gets out and fires before his car comes to a stop. A shoot out ends with the suspect dead.
