NORTH VIETNAMESE OCCUPY HUE In the aftermath of an attack on the city of Hue, North Vietnamese troops move to occupy the city. Troops are massed in the town square, while others man truck-mounted anti-aircraft guns. They are protected by sandbags stacked around the trucks. Masses of civilian refugees are seen fleeing the city. A downed American helicopter sits in the middle of the city. There is a gathering around the bodies of the crew. Everywhere there is chaotic running to escape the violence.
