Inside, crowds in balconies decorated with striped bunting wave pennants; Charles Lindbergh gives a speech in which he states that it is now obvious that England is losing the war.
RECYCLING FACILITY Local government officials tour a recycling facility where workers on an assembly line sort and package trash along conveyor belts into trash compactors and dumpsters. The mayor discusses the feasibility of such facilities. Garbage men pick-up trash and recyclables in a suburban neighborhood. Bulldozers pile trash in a landfill.
