HENRY FONDA SUGGESTS NEW SPENDING PRIORITIES Actor Henry Fonda suggests that instead of paying 40 billion dollars annually for national defense, the United States could let the UN do it at a cost to the US of 5 billion dollars annually. He suggests that the money saved could be spent in a variety of ways towards the good of all citizens.
PRINCE WILLIAM A costume party to celebrate Prince Williams's 21st birthday is held at Windsor Castle. Three party goers dressed in African motif stylized costumes walk up to the party. Patrons wear feathered head dresses and animal print robes, hold walking staffs and wear thick pieces of costume jewelery. Fans and paparazzi stand outside of the castle gates and watch visitors as they arrive. WS of Prince William playing polo in a red jersey marked with the number 1. Prince William and Prince Harry sit on the back bumper of a small black car near the polo field and change their socks and boots. Prince Charles looks on at his boys from a distance.
