STOLEN MONEY IN BAGS Piles of plastic bags containing approximately seventy six thousand dollars of stolen cash from the Buddy Holly Bandit. The bandit was an automatic teller technician, who stole two hundred and twenty six thousand dollars and had it buried in Tupperware containers. One hundred fifty thousand dollars is still missing.

SARAJEVO - GENERAL MACKENZIE Mortar attacks by the Yugoslavian National Army. General Lewis Mackenzie, of the Canadian Army in Sarajevo, with a handful of other Canadians, are working with the European community to bring order out of the chaos. Mackenzie negotiated the return of one hundred fifty six Yugoslavian troops, mostly Serbian, held by the Bosnians. Seventeen of them chose to stay behind and join the Bosnian Army.
