LANGHORNE NATIONAL AUTO CHAMPIONSHIPS - 1955 The Langhorne, Pennsylvania Speedway 100-mile National Auto Championships, where a mass crash occurred two years ago, nearly sees a repeat of history as a car skids out of control and somersaults down the track. Fortunately no one is hurt and the driver miraculously survives but rain puts an end to the race.

SKYSCAPER SPEEDWAY Traffic jams force wee auto trials on sky high speedway. In New York, NY K. L. Morehouse, Detroit race driver, guides a flask-size car around the chin rest of a building 18 stories in the air, and is finally able to sneer down on bigger rivals who chased him and his machine off the streets and to a tall track. He spent 3 1/2 years constructing the vehicle.
