Toronto police constable Richard Tulloch speaks with emotion while on trial for his role in the 1982 shooting of motorist Edward Maxfield who was suspected of participating in a drug deal. Tulloch relates that officers chased Maxfield by car and that he did not pull the trigger of his gun but that the gun went off by accident when Maxfield grabbed his arms.
